Role Overview
We are seeking a confident, results-driven Telephone Sales Agent to generate leads and book appointments for our field sales team. You will engage with business owners, explain our services, and secure qualified appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided data lists.
- Qualify leads and identify decision-makers.
- Explain the benefits of our business rates consultancy services.
- Book appointments for the field sales team.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly KPIs.
Skills & Attributes
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Resilient and target-driven.
- Ability to handle objections professionally.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Previous experience in telesales or lead generation (B2B preferred).
