Chris has a diverse professional background, having worked in IT consultancy, disability rights, and probate administration, including wills, trusts, and property conveyancing. His extensive experience spans various sectors, showcasing his adaptability and expertise. Chris has also held risk and compliance roles for organizations providing white label services to several major High Street financial institutions. In these roles, he was responsible for ensuring compliance with governing legislation, banking charters, and implementing Treating Customers Fairly policies.

With over a decade of experience in the rating sector, Chris has worked for several consultancies before founding Corporate Commercial Surveyors in 2017. His deep understanding of the industry and commitment to excellence have been instrumental in the success of his firm.

As an Organisational Member of the Institute of Revenues Rating and Valuation (IRRV), Chris is dedicated to providing reliable services to ensure that clients’ Rateable Values are accurate and fair. His membership in this esteemed organization underscores his commitment to maintaining high professional standards and delivering exceptional service.

Originally from New Zealand, Chris is a passionate supporter of the All Blacks and an enthusiastic “Armchair Fly Half.” He brings the same enthusiasm to his personal life as he does to his professional endeavors. Chris is the proud father of two nearly grown-up children and enjoys spending time in the mountains of North Wales. His love for the outdoors is complemented by his passion for playing the guitar, which provides a creative outlet and a way to unwind.
