Her responsibilities demand a comprehensive understanding of the various systems and processes implemented not only at CCS but also at the Valuation Office Agency.

Outside of work, Courtney loves to unwind with her dogs and a good book. She cherishes spending quality time with her family whenever she gets the chance and has a particular fondness for bottomless brunches.
