Anti-Slavery & Human Trafficking Policy

The purpose of this policy is to outline CCS’s commitment to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all aspects of its operations and supply chains.
  1. Scope:
    Applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, and business partners.

    Policy Statement:

    • CCS has zero tolerance for modern slavery and human trafficking.
    • All employees must report any concerns related to slavery or exploitation.
    • CCS will not knowingly engage with suppliers or partners who do not uphold the same standards.

    Responsibilities:

    • Management is responsible for ensuring compliance and conducting risk assessments.
    • Employees must remain vigilant and report concerns.
    • Procurement teams must ensure suppliers confirm compliance with the Modern Slavery Act.

    Reporting:
    Concerns can be raised confidentially via the Whistleblowing Policy.
