Anti-Slavery & Human Trafficking Policy
The purpose of this policy is to outline CCS’s commitment to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all aspects of its operations and supply chains.
Scope:
Applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, and business partners.Policy Statement:
- CCS has zero tolerance for modern slavery and human trafficking.
- All employees must report any concerns related to slavery or exploitation.
- CCS will not knowingly engage with suppliers or partners who do not uphold the same standards.
Responsibilities:
- Management is responsible for ensuring compliance and conducting risk assessments.
- Employees must remain vigilant and report concerns.
- Procurement teams must ensure suppliers confirm compliance with the Modern Slavery Act.
Reporting:
Concerns can be raised confidentially via the Whistleblowing Policy.
