Schedule Free
Assessment
When you schedule your assessment, one of our experts will call you and go over the details for your business and your property, giving you a rough estimate of what you're overpaying.

Audit &
Payment
Before being assigned a case manager at CCS, your case will be reviewed by the Survey Department to ensure it meets the criteria for submission to the VOA. This includes verifying your rateable value and applying any available rebate. Once your service fee is processed, they will guide you through the process and start an investigation with your local authority.

Survey &
Valuation
We will conduct a full & comprehensive survey of your commercial property and provide a valuation, so that we can find out if you've been overpaying or are exempt from paying business rates.

Claim Your
Rebate Refund
After we've conducted the commercial survey, finalised your valuation and confirmed you've been overpaying, we will work with you to claim a refund on past payments made to the local authority. The average refund with CCS last year was over £25,000
