Supplier Code of Conduct
The purpose of this document is to set expectations for ethical conduct and legal compliance among CCS’s suppliers and service providers.
Key Principles:
- Compliance with Laws: Suppliers must comply with all applicable laws, including the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
- Fair Labour Practices: Suppliers must ensure fair wages, safe working conditions, and voluntary employment.
- No Forced Labour: Suppliers must not use forced, bonded, or involuntary labour.
- Transparency: Suppliers must provide documentation and cooperate with audits or assessments.
- Subcontractors: Suppliers must ensure their own supply chains are free from modern slavery.
Monitoring and Enforcement:
- CCS reserves the right to audit suppliers.
- Non-compliance may result in termination of contracts.
