Whistleblowing Policy

This policy is made with the purpose to provide a safe and confidential way for employees and stakeholders to report unethical or illegal behaviour, including concerns about modern slavery.
  1. Scope:
    Applies to all employees, contractors, and third parties.

    Policy Statement:

    • CCS encourages the reporting of concerns without fear of retaliation.
    • Reports can be made anonymously and will be treated confidentially.
    • All reports will be investigated promptly and thoroughly.

    Reporting Channels:

    • Email: redacted for privacy
    • Phone: redacted for privacy
    • In-person: Direct to HR or designated safeguarding officer

    Protection for Whistleblowers:

    • No employee will suffer any detriment for raising a genuine concern.
    • CCS will take disciplinary action against anyone who retaliates against a whistleblower.
