Whistleblowing Policy
This policy is made with the purpose to provide a safe and confidential way for employees and stakeholders to report unethical or illegal behaviour, including concerns about modern slavery.
Scope:
Applies to all employees, contractors, and third parties.Policy Statement:
- CCS encourages the reporting of concerns without fear of retaliation.
- Reports can be made anonymously and will be treated confidentially.
- All reports will be investigated promptly and thoroughly.
Reporting Channels:
- Email: redacted for privacy
- Phone: redacted for privacy
- In-person: Direct to HR or designated safeguarding officer
Protection for Whistleblowers:
- No employee will suffer any detriment for raising a genuine concern.
- CCS will take disciplinary action against anyone who retaliates against a whistleblower.
